1. Shipping Locations
We are pleased to offer shipping to all U.S. addresses, including P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. The delivery times provided below are estimates and may vary depending on your location and other factors.
Standard Shipping:
Delivery in 5-7 business days after processing. This is our most economical option and applies to most orders.Expedited Shipping:
Delivery in 2-3 business days after processing. Available for an additional fee and provides a faster delivery option for those who need their items sooner.Next-Day Shipping:
Delivery by the next business day after processing. Available for urgent orders and incurs the highest shipping fee.
Please note that processing time (usually 1-2 business days) is separate from the shipping time. Shipping times are calculated after the order has been processed and dispatched.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on several factors, including the shipping method, order size, and delivery location. The following are estimates of our shipping fees:
Standard Shipping:
Calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.Expedited Shipping:
Additional fee of $9.99 for orders under $50, and $5.99 for orders above $50.Next-Day Shipping:
Additional fee of $19.99 for orders under $50, and $9.99 for orders above $50.
At checkout, the total shipping cost will be displayed before you confirm your purchase. We also offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 (within the U.S.).
4. Order Processing
Processing Time:
After you place an order, we process it in 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.Delays:
While we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible, there may be delays due to high demand, inclement weather, or other unforeseen factors. We will notify you via email if there is a delay in your order.Order Confirmation:
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information (if applicable). You can track the progress of your order on our website or through the carrier’s website.
5. Shipping Restrictions
Shipping to P.O. Boxes:
We ship to P.O. Boxes for Standard Shipping, but expedited or next-day services may not be available for P.O. Box addresses.International Shipping:
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within the United States.Shipping to APO/FPO:
We are happy to ship to APO/FPO addresses for military personnel. Shipping times for these orders may be longer due to the nature of military postal systems.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track the status of your package using this number on the carrier’s website (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS). Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after the package has been shipped.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. If your item is confirmed to be lost, we will initiate a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may ask for photos of the damaged product and packaging to assist in the claims process with the carrier.
8. Address Changes
Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. If you need to change your shipping address after placing the order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@gridpariz.com. While we will do our best to accommodate address changes, once your order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to update the address.
9. Return Shipping
If you need to return an item, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for instructions on how to process the return and any associated return shipping costs.
