Refund and Returns Policy

At Gridpariz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your items, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy to ensure your shopping experience is as smooth as possible.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item is in its original packaging, including tags, labels, and any accessories.
  • The item is not on our list of non-returnable items (see below).
  • You have proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including:

  • Opened or used consumables (e.g., cleaning products, kitchen supplies, etc.)
  • Personal items such as bedding, pillows, and mattresses.
  • Gift cards or similar non-refundable items.
  • Items marked as final sale or clearly stated as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us:
    Reach out to our customer support team via email at info@gridpariz.com or call us at (609) 698-4407. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization:
    Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to send the item back to us.

  3. Package Your Return:
    Carefully pack the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Include the Return Authorization Number inside the package.

  4. Ship the Item:
    Ship the return item to the address provided by our customer support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Restocking Fees:
    In some cases, we may apply a restocking fee of up to 15% of the item’s price, especially for large or bulky items.

  • Shipping Charges:
    Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items).


5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process above. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund, and you can place a new order for the item you wish to exchange for.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer you a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost. Please provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item, including packaging, so we can assess the situation.


7. Late Returns

Returns requested after the 30-day window may be eligible for a store credit or partial refund, subject to review by our customer service team. We encourage you to request returns as soon as possible to avoid delays.
